Sleet and Dingo

Sonic Underground is BAD!

Not like Michael Jackson 'Bad' but... like REALLY bad.

However, I've always had an ugly little soft spot for Robotnik's henchmen in the series, Sleet and Dingo. In all honesty, they were the true villains in the series. I'm pretty sure they were in the series more than Robotnik actually was! They certainly confronted Sonic, Manic, and Sonia more than the rotund doctor did.

Anyhow, I really liked Sleet & Dingo. However, what I did NOT like was how horribly grotesque their designs were. So I took it upon myself to give the pair a "Segafied" makeover. Hopefully, now they actually look as if they belong in the Sonic universe.

Also, I remembered Sonic Underground crossover in Archie's Sonic Super Special #10. While they royally screwed up Sleet and Dingo's colors, one thing I liked was that they made Sleet's outfit all black and dark gray. I liked that a lot. I always thought the color scheme for his suit was simply obnoxious, so out it went and in with SSS #10's cool black attire.

Even though SU was horrid, these two will always stand out to me. But... I'm never going to draw them in their original forms.

NEVER! *shudders*
